a decent stay
convenient location helpful shop nearby transport cramped room limited space lacking cleanliness
i found the location quite convenient. metro and bus stops were very close. a mini shop near reception had necessary items like chargers and snacks.
the room felt cramped for four people. it did not have enough space for hanging jackets. the room was not as clean as i expected.

great connections simple room clean accommodation
the location worked very well, especially with stores and restaurants close. public transport connections were great. the room was simple. it was also clean, good for a couple of nights.
the elevators had issues, only one worked for three days. during rush hours, queue times reached ten minutes. they insisted the second elevator was active, but it never worked .

a communal kitchen provided a water dispenser. fast food chains and coffee shops are close by. the hotel also has a child friendly accommodation and a games room.

the room was well equipped for a comfortable stay. bed linen was clean and new. an individual towel, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer were available. the room had a comfortable temperature.

terrific hotel experience
helpful staff ideal location useful kitchen large locker
staff were helpful and kind during my whole visit. the location PROVED to be ideal with the Amstel station so close. i found the kitchen very useful for preparing simple meals. lockers for each bed gave me great peace of mind.
paying extra for luggage storage felt a little annoying, even AS a guest.

The breakfast had various options and the coffee tasted fresh. the restaurant was clean and well kept with plenty of seating available during peak hours. I thought it was excellent.

amstel station provided very easy access to trams, trains, and buses. this made travel to the center and other attractions quite uncomplicated. i found it an advantage.

the hotel has laudry MACHINES, a great bonus for longer stays. the guest kitchen had all appliances. EVERYTHING seemed well-kept.

the personnel responded quickly to my requests. they were very friendly and always had a smile. they allowed me to check in a bit earlier.

train station good location room view easy access luggage storage one washing machine single washing machine unhelpful staff
the location is pretty good. it is next to the train station and , made things easy. the room was ok and had a view. it were good i guess.
luggage storage cost extra i think. they charge four euro per locker and that only last six hours. also, it have only one washing machine and dryer for the whole hotel. the staff didn't gave right information about parking over phone.

Decent Stay Near the Station
helpful staff clean premises convenient location elevator service long queue rush hour
The staff was helpful and cute. I appreciated the cleanliness of the premises. The location is very convenient. It is right next to the train station.
One of the elevators was out of service . This caused long queue times. I waited over 10 minutes to use the elevator during rush hour. It was quite inconvenient.
