i found the location quite convenient. metro and bus stops were very close. a mini shop near reception had necessary items like chargers and snacks.
the room felt cramped for four people. it did not have enough space for hanging jackets. the room was not as clean as i expected.

the location worked very well, especially with stores and restaurants close. public transport connections were great. the room was simple. it was also clean, good for a couple of nights.
during rush hours, queue times reached ten minutes.

a communal kitchen provided a water dispenser. fast food chains and coffee shops are close by. the hotel also has a child friendly accommodation and a games room.

staff were helpful and kind during my whole visit. the location PROVED to be ideal with the Amstel station so close. i found the kitchen very useful for preparing simple meals. lockers for each bed gave me great peace of mind.
paying extra for luggage storage felt a little annoying, even AS a guest.

The breakfast had various options and the coffee tasted fresh. the restaurant was clean and well-kept with plenty of seating available during peak hours. I thought it was excellent.

amstel station provided very easy access to trams, trains, and buses. this made travel to the center and other attractions quite uncomplicated. i found it an advantage.

the hotel has laudry MACHINES, a great bonus for longer stays. the guest kitchen had all appliances. EVERYTHING seemed well-kept.

the personnel responded quickly to my requests. they were very friendly and always had a smile. they allowed me to check in a bit earlier.

the location is pretty good. it is next to the train station and , made things easy. the room was ok and had a view. it were good i guess.
luggage storage cost extra i think. they charge four euro per locker and that only last six hours. also, it have only one washing machine and dryer for the whole hotel. the staff didn't gave right information about parking over phone.
